In Silico
Glycosylation of Proteins
Introduction
It is estimated that over 50% of all the proteins are glycosylated. But most of the 3D structures of proteins stored in PDB do have no attached glycans. GlyProt is capable to connect N-glycans
in silico
to a given 3D protein structure.
